Waterford Place Pet Policy

Waterford Place is a pet friendly community and we allow two pets per apartment home. No visiting pets allowed.

Breed restrictions do apply – please speak with management to learn more.

Initial Pet Fee of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $10.

All pets must be on a leash at all times.

You are required to pick up all pet waste. There are pet waste stations throughout the community for your convenience.
